Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and solutions to clients and customers
2. Perform all processes and procedures in line with documentation
3. Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Engage fully with clients, understanding their business, challenges they face, and how to support them
5. Deliver proactive management of the services provided to clients by identifying and resolving issues quickly and implementing permanent solutions
Preferred Experience:
1. Evidence of customer service and customer relationship background
2. Proven ability to deliver high standards of client satisfaction
3. Good communication skills
4. Google Workspace knowledge
5. Change agent
