Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance tasks. Ensuring all electrical systems, equipment, and installations are compliant with health and safety regulations. Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults across various equipment and systems. Completing necessary repairs and installations in a safe and efficient manner. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections. Working closely with other maintenance engineers and facilities staff to ensure smooth operation of the site. Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients. Key Requirements: City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent electrical qualification (or higher). 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification. Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
