About Our Client
Our client is a leading and established international manufacturing business and they are looking for an experienced Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join them on an on-going temp basis in their Irlam office.
Job Description
As a Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:
3. Handling inbound calls and emails from an international customer base
4. Processing customer orders
5. Providing logistical updates on customer orders
6. Handling any financial queries from a customer, i.e. invoice disputes
7. Ad-hoc duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
8. Can commit to a part-time temp role (Mon - Fri 9 - 1pm working patterns)
9. Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
10. 1 years experience within customer service telephony based roles
11. Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
12. Strong IT skills
