Taylor Woodrow is recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team working on the delivery of the infrastructure to support the regeneration of Enfield Council's £6Bn Meridian Water development.
This £120M project involves the remediation of the existing site and construction of roads, bridges and flood mitigation measures; as well as electricity, gas, communications, water connections and hectares of new landscaped parkland areas.
Duties
1. Ensure safety compliance, quality and productivity are being achieved by the site teams.
2. Ensure the works are being constructed in line with the approved design and specifications, track changes to the programme, raise Technical Queries, Early Warnings, attend design meetings, attend client meetings such as progress & commercial meetings.
3. Work with the Commercial team to update cost forecasts and assist with Compensation Events.
4. Ensure materials are ordered in time and work with Quantity surveyors.
5. Ensure that accurate and quality records are being completed.
Person Specification
1. Recognised Civil Engineering Qualification.
2. CSCS.
3. SMSTS.
4. Working experience of NEC contracts.

Hours: Part Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
