Position: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: Pro rata of £23,151 per annum (for details on the pro rata salary, see attached job description)
Hours: Up to 32 hours per week, 36 weeks per year (paid for 43.2 weeks)
Job Description:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting students requiring additional help with their programmes of study across various areas within the College. This includes creating positive relationships with students and assisting them in a classroom or workshop setting. You will work with students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, including emotional, social, behavioural, and mobility needs. The work you do will ensure our students have an outstanding and fulfilling experience at college.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience of working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities is essential, as well as effective organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
