We have an opportunity for a Business Development Lead to join their team of staff in the Marketing department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and professional interactions with stakeholders.
* Proficient in MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and collaboration.
Duties of this role include:
* In line with the corporate and hospital operational plan, work in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and members of the Senior Management Team to devise and implement a referrer strategy, which supports with business growth across all payor groups.
* Build and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty whilst positioning the hospital as a top choice in the Birmingham market.
* Support marketing initiatives by driving campaigns and planning events.
* Create and distribute regular updates to keep referrers informed on hospital services and important updates.
* Manage and respond to all stakeholder enquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, acting as a trusted point of contact.
* Actively work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
