Your Purpose
We’re now recruiting for a Senior Customer Collaboration Lead. As a Customer Collaboration Lead you will build engagement with our customers across the off-trade channel. You will be the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and translating this internally to the wider demand planning and logistics team. You will represent Molson Coors to our customers, ensuring we deliver world class customer service and interaction aligned to business.
Key Responsibilities
* Build collaborative relationships with customers to understand their volumes and delivery requirements.
* Own customer forecasts, working closely with clients and utilising data to improve forecast accuracy.
* Maintain regular communication with logistics and commercial teams to provide updates on customer experience and relationship status for key accounts.
* Contribute to the team's strategy by driving service improvements and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
About You
* Proven experience in a customer facing role and a track record of managing stakeholders of varying levels.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
* A proactive problem solver, comfortable asking questions and proposing solutions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
