Location: Remote
Part-time: 2-3 days a week.

As a fast-growing brand, we’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet all regulatory standards while maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation.
The Role
As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring UKLASH’s products comply with UK, EU, and international cosmetic regulations. You’ll work closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to navigate regulatory requirements, manage compliance documentation, and support market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all UKLASH products comply with UK, EU, and global cosmetic regulations (e.g., EU Cosmetics Regulation, UK Cosmetic Regulations, FDA).
* Prepare and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
* Oversee Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) and collaborate with third-party testing labs.
* Manage regulatory submissions and registrations for new markets.
* Monitor and implement changes in global cosmetic regulations to ensure compliance.
* Review product labels, claims, and marketing materials to align with regulatory guidelines.
* Conduct internal audits and work with external bodies on regulatory inspections.
* Lead and support adverse event reporting when necessary.
Who You Are
* Experience: Minimum 3+ years in regulatory compliance within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
* A degree in toxicology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, law or a related field.
* Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of UK, EU, US and international cosmetic regulations.
* Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle technical documentation with accuracy and analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Proactive: Keeps up with regulatory changes and the ability to quickly navigate and adapt to international cosmetic regulations.
* Team Player: Works well cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations teams.
* A solution-oriented mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box.
