Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager for a national sprinkler company, you will have full operational and budgetary responsibility for all aspects of contract management, customer relationships, and team leadership. Your primary focus will be ensuring the successful delivery of sprinkler service and project contracts across the UK, with a strong emphasis on technical engineering standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Management: Provide strong leadership and inspiration to service, design, and project teams, ensuring a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
* Operational & Budgetary Oversight: Manage all aspects of contract management, including financial responsibility and ensuring efficient delivery of sprinkler engineering contracts.
