We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Uddingston. This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor or Project Engineer who is ready to take their career to the next level. The Role As an Electrical Project Manager with Emtec Building Services, you will oversee the successful delivery of work packages, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, within budget, on time, and to client specifications. You will lead a team of project engineers, delivering exciting mechanical projects in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Lead site teams to ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, Quality, and Purchasing. Ensure work meets high standards and complies with British Standards. Manage financial targets and report to the Commercial Manager. Oversee tendering for additional works, adapting to client needs. Lead, motivate, and develop site teams. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities. Identify and pursue new business within the existing customer base. Provide technical support using central resources, suppliers, and subcontractors. Offer training and support to enhance team performance and business success. What We're Looking For Experienced in M&E Project Management with strong mechanical expertise. HNC or higher in Building Services Engineering or related field preferred. Skilled in managing commercial, design, financial, and project aspects of multi-disciplinary contracts. Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships. Self-motivated, well-organised, with the ability to work to often tight deadlines.
