David T.K. Wong Fellowship for Fiction Writers
The University of East Anglia is inviting applications for the David T.K. Wong Creative Writing Fellowship, which offers a £26,000 annual award for a fiction writer focusing on East and Southeast Asia.
The fellowship enables the writer to spend a year at the University of East Anglia. Applicants must be fiction writers aiming to explore East and Southeast Asian themes in English. The fellowship was established in 1997 and is named after the late David T.K. Wong, a Hong Kong businessman, writer, and journalist.
Applications for the 2025/26 fellowship are open from 6th January to 28th February 2025. Applicants must submit an application form along with a £10 administration fee.
