We are looking for a skilled Brand & Campaign Manager to take our brand to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns across channels, drive brand awareness, and work closely with cross-functional teams. If you have strategic vision, creativity, and experience in brand management, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Develop and manage an integrated brand platform across various marketing channels. Lead initiatives like new product launches and media partnerships. Plan and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences across ATL and digital channels. Collaborate with product development, commercial, and legal teams to align brand propositions. Optimise and measure campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed. Partner with external agencies to create and implement effective media plans. Drive customer growth and enhance brand metrics through targeted marketing. Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, using insights to refine future strategies. Location: Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2- days per week. Significant experience in brand & campaign management, ideally in retail. Expertise in media planning, performance analysis, and budget management. Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns efficiently. Effective communicator with cross-functional leadership experience. Analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring campaigns meet high standards. Familiarity with health, wellness, or retail sectors is a plus. Proven ability to drive brand health metrics and achieve customer growth targets.
