About the role Are you ready to lead our B2B marketing efforts and drive real impact? As the Head of Marketing (B2B) at Mini MBA, you’ll spearhead strategies that fuel growth, enhance brand visibility, and attract top-tier customers. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing (B2C) and Head of Sales, you’ll use your deep expertise in B2B marketing channels and leadership to push boundaries and achieve exceptional results. We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong track record in managing marketing teams and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns online and in the field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative B2B marketing strategies that align with our growth goals Managing a small team of marketers to support business growth Manage multi-channel campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate quality leads Utilize data analytics to guide decisions and optimize strategies Create compelling marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and presentations Collaborate with sales to align on target accounts, develop custom marketing plans, and measure ABM success Coordinate B2B events, webinars, and trade shows Define marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets in collaboration with leadership Manage the B2B marketing budget to maximize ROI. Experience 7 years in B2B marketing, with 3 years in at least a marketing manager role ideally in Executive Education or similar. Proven success in B2B marketing Strong data/analytical skills to optimise performance Deep understanding of digital marketing ABM experience Leadership skills Proficiency in marketing/sales automation tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
