Financial Adviser (Financial Services) Non CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
Bob Gibbs Financial Planning is a small family-focused IFA firm with over 220 clients looking to expand. We are seeking a FULLY Qualified individual with a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning who will then be mentored to full Competent Adviser Status.
This role would suit someone with a successful track record in their existing career or business, with the ability to confidently discuss and advise on finances with all types of people, in person and via online meetings.
The Role:
1. Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and clarify financial matters.
2. Offer research and analysis-based recommendations to clients.
3. Analyze risk assessments, portfolio performance, and asset allocation.
4. Collaborate with the Bob Gibbs Financial Planning Team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
5. Hybrid role between office and home working.
The Package:
1. Salary of £35,000-£40,000 subject to experience and qualifications.
2. Generous Bonus Scheme, once target attained.

7. Around 45 clients passed to you once you reach CAS status.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
1. Up to 5 years’ experience in sales, banking, mortgages, or customer service (required).
2. Up to 2 years’ experience in a financial services-related role (desirable).
3. Genuine interest in financial planning and delivering great client outcomes (essential).
4. Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel & Outlook.
6. A full, clean UK driving license.
7. Commitment to undergoing and clearing DBS checks.
8. You should hold a full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
9. Must have face-to-face sales customer experience.
10. Willingness to work evenings and some weekends if needed.
