You’ll deliver great customer service and drive sales with the rest of your team at your Harlow branch. You will speak to Customers daily, building relationships with the nation’s mechanics and automotive business owners who depend on you so they can get their customers safely back on the road. Reporting to the Supervisor, the car parts advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers by taking parts orders over the phone, by e-mail and through our customer App. Key activities include: Accurately identifying parts for specific vehicles Providing expert advice on parts. Fulfilling customer orders over the phone, e-mail and customer app. Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Providing a high level of customer service. Key skills required: A confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally. Good telephone manner. A team player. Basic computer skills. Desirable skills: Excellent eye for detail. Friendly and empathetic. Calm, organised and patient. A talent for asking questions and deciphering information. A passion for customer service. A personal drive to achieve sales growth.
