NET Recruit are partnering with a manufacturing business, to search for a Systems & Applications Specialist to join their team located in the Chichester area. Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Identifying and implementing changes and enhancements of application systems Taking a lead role in the release of updates and improvements for current applications, with duties including testing, configuration and the deployment of systems Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and configuration of business-facing systems Providing technical support for business system users, including troubleshooting and error resolution, discrepancies in data and prioritise requests as set out by agreed criteria and service desk SLAs Spearheading the development of functionality and improvements relating to the workflow tools and intranet portals Managing stakeholder relationships with major service providers with the aim of ensuring provided solutions are able to meet business needs and are as cost-effective as possible Taking responsibility as the subject matter expert for assigned business applications Supporting ongoing development new business applications Participating in the on-call rota as required You MUST Have: Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Have previous experience in a similar application support role Has a HND or equivalent qualification in Information Systems or Computer Science or related field Possess excellent working knowledge of the following: SharePoint on Premise & Cloud Nintex Forms & Workflow Microsoft Core Stack Active Directory Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft SQL Server Good experience with SAAS products It is preferable that applicants are Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent Applicants in possession of a driving license are also desired for inter-site travel Your Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate IT applications professional, to join a business with excellent exposure to some of the biggest brands in the country, to assist them in ensuring their applications and systems are working optimally.For the successful candidate, this company are offering an excellent starting salary of up to £50,000 which will also accompany a peripheral package that will include a bonus potential, good pension scheme, health plan, holiday allocation and a range of additional flexible benefits.
