HOURS: 36 hrs per week, Weds – Sat (9.00am – 7.00pm)

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Assistance Co-ordinator. The candidate will provide customer service support to their customers and offer and co-ordinate traveller queries.

ROLE PROFILE:
* Taking inbound calls from travellers with medical emergencies or that require urgent assistance.
* Identify customer case concerns.
* Communicate with customers to obtain critical information for the successful resolution of the enquiry.
* Co-ordinate with both internal and external teams to assist the customer in a sensitive and courteous manner.
PERSON PROFILE:
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* “Team Player".
* Self-motivated and able to use own initiative in a fast-moving environment.
* Able to think outside the box.
* Sympathetic and respectful manner.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of accuracy
