We work with top companies in Web3 and AI to organise programmes such as hackathons, bootcamps, and accelerators, designed to help talented individuals advance their skills and careers. Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of Encode’s educational programmes, ensuring each event aligns with our high standards and strategic objectives. Directly collaborate with the Head of Research and Programmes to innovate and enhance our programme offerings. Manage complex events, both online and in-person, across various locations, including international venues. Foster strong relationships with participants clients, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure their successful engagement with Encode's programmes. Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Talent, and other internal teams to optimise event logistics and participant experience. About You Early work experience or a recent/upcoming graduate (we offer future start dates). Strong desire to be an Programme Manager in a startup. High performer with a proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university). Confident in your abilities, full of ideas, and eager to move quickly into a leadership position. Evidence of atypical achievements beyond your undergraduate degree (extracurricular activities, sports, arts, postgraduate study, research, projects, side-hustles, jobs while studying, general life experiences). Strong social abilities and people skills, demonstrated through team-based activities or leadership roles. You should thrive when interacting with others.
