Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a Front Door Team based in Worcestershire.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.

Your duties and responsibilities:
– Perform evaluations to identify the needs of adults in need of assistance.
– Work together with fellow professionals to create customized care plans.
– Protect vulnerable adults by evaluating risks and applying suitable interventions.
– Offer advisory support to colleagues, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
– Keep precise records and documentation up to date.
– Engage in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences as an active participant.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
