Working in our parts department as a Parts Advisor you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.
As part of a successful, global automotive company, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting customers with parts inquiries.
2. Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
3. Processing orders and transactions accurately.
4. Providing technical support and advice on parts.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
