Insite International are recruiting on behalf of one of our Clients within the Construction Industry. They specialise in the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of commercial glazed roof lights, facades, canopies and windows. They are looking to take on a new Admin Assistant to join the team based in Rotherham About the role; Salary: £25,500 - £26,000 Pro Rata (dependent on experience) Hours: 32 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday (8am – 4pm) Duration: Permanent Position with 3 Months Probation Start Date: Immediate Location: Office based full time Daily Duties; Daily duties will include but not be limited to; - Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Provide general clerical support, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Provide admin support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory - Data management -Diary management, booking meetings, sending confirmations, prepping documents for said meetings, assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars The Applicant; - Excellent phone and communication skills - Experienced in data entry and clerical tasks - Familiar with Excel, Work, Outlook Etc. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively This position requires a reliable individual with experience in the above duties.
