Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure milestones within the program are met.
* Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.
* Control project budgets, monitoring expenditures against approved allocations.
* Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
* Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
* Update and monitor the project action log.
* Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development.
* Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team.
* Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
* Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
* Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.
* A core aspect of the role will involve collaborating with all areas of the business; building relationships and working towards a common goal will be essential.
