Are you a motivated property professional with a minimum of one year’s experience in sales or customer service? Madison Brook is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our flagship Docklands office, where the opportunities for growth and success are unparalleled.
With 70 to 100 active instructions at any one time, an average sales price of circa £650,000, and the ability to act on £1m+ property instructions, this is a rare opportunity to excel in one of London’s most sought-after property markets.

The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, working directly with clients to facilitate property sales and deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Property Viewings: Arranging and conducting property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
* Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with local property market trends to provide clients with expert advice.
* Negotiation: Assisting in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful outcomes.
* High-Value Transactions: Managing opportunities to represent and sell high-value properties, including those valued at £1m+.
* Administrative Support: Managing property listings, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
* Experience: Have at least one year’s experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the property sector.
* People Skills: Are confident, personable, and passionate about building relationships.
* Ambition: Are highly motivated, driven to succeed, and thrive on exceeding targets.
* Organisation: Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Adaptability: Can work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Are comfortable using IT systems and property management software.
* Driving Licence: Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
What We Offer
* Salary: £20,000 per annum.
* Earning Potential: OTE of £50,000+, with uncapped potential in a thriving flagship office environment.
* Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum to support client visits and property viewings.
* Training and Development: A comprehensive training programme with opportunities for career progression.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am–4:00pm. Staff are only required to work a 5-day week.
* Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
