Our client is a nationally recognised housing organisation, who are searching for a talented and career driven legal housing specialist. In this varied position, you will need to be a dynamic individual, who will provide legal advice and representation across a number of housing matters, including tenancy, occupation, claims, and settlements. There are project-specific elements to the role, as well as working on continuous improvement. You will support best practices and also pick up additional duties for the Risk & Assurance Manager.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a similar position. You must have a Law or comparable degree and have a minimum of 3 years relevant PQE. Ideally, you will have sound knowledge of the UK social housing sector and be a natural problem solver with excellent time management skills. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Negotiation and presentation skills are also key in this position.
