Our client, a well-established organisation are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include: Manage the reconciliation and posting of the monthly payroll journals into the Finance system Business partner with Group Reporting team to ensure payroll and pension balance sheet costs are reconciled in accordance with company policies and procedures Support with the monthly compliance reviews for NLW across all payrolls in relation to salary sacrifice for pensions and flexible benefits. Assist with year end reconciliation and software updates for the new tax year. Mange the online expenses process and complete compliance checks to ensure claims are being submitted in line with company policy. Assist with the preparation of data requirements for internal and external audits. Provide support with payroll related projects, system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency within the payroll service.
