Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Will & Estate Planning Practitioner. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as creating wills, setting up discretionary trusts, managing lasting power of attorney documents, and assisting with probate services. The practitioner will work closely with clients to help them navigate the complexities of estate planning.
Qualifications
* Experience in will writing, trusts, power of attorney, and probate services
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Legal background or certification in estate planning is a plus
* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
* Professional certification in estate planning (e.g., CFP, CEP) is beneficial
