What will you be doing in the account manager role?
1. Offer an exceptional level of customer relations and service.
2. Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news.
3. Communicating with customers to encourage sales for the company and to nurture/build relationships.
4. Answering customer queries promptly and accurately.
5. Identifying customer needs to result in effective solutions.
6. Processing orders and taking payments.
7. Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database.
