We are recruiting for a Admin/Sales Assistant, including the follwoing behaviour expectations and skills:
Daily Tasks – After Sales
• 1st point of call to phone calls, showroom walk-ins and general email enquiries
• Manage all After Sales activities including annual servicing, breakdowns, warranty and defects
• Co-ordinating all After Sales site activities with Service Engineers, Clients, Project Manager, Sales department and Purchasing department.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for our registered bodies (Gas Safe, Hetas, etc)
• Utilise operating on our existing CRM & Project Management software systems – Buildertrend and Joblogic (training will be provided)
• Provide basic technical support to customers via phone and email before scheduling Engineer callouts
Daily Tasks – Administration
• Oversee general service providers and schedule routine maintenance works
• Manage general service providers contracts and renewals
• Take payments over the phone via credit card
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including opening new accounts, raising sales invoices, posting payment receipts
• Manage debt collection
• Support Project Management with adhoc tasks New project work As the business evolves, we are always seeking to enhance our customer experience and grow our customer base. There will always be new projects being undertaken that this role will get involved in. Currently, this role would be involved in:
• Digitising and automating our customer service booking process – to improve efficiencies

• Introduction of Service and Warranty Contracts - to promote proactive scheduling versus reactive Candidate Profile: This role is pivotal in the office to ensure the smooth-running of our business. It is vital the candidate possesses the following skill set:

• Able to resolve customer complaints professionally
