As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a pivotal function within our Customer Success organization. You will act as the liaison for clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure communication and alignment. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships and enabling cross-functional synergies that drive improvements for new and existing operational processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centers and cloud computing, familiarity with RMA processes and server operations, and demonstrated experience in client-facing support. A strong record of success in cross-functional project management is a must.

* You have at least 3 years of technical project management experience in the cloud or high-performance computing space, specifically in server and data center operations.
* You're practiced in communicating with clients and external vendors regarding their business needs, priorities, and incidents and effectively resolving conflicts when they arise.
* You are familiar with Linux, have experience with containerization technologies and cloud computing concepts (or are willing to learn), and have strong hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
* You have worked closely with supply chain and engineering teams to deliver value to customers, driving improvements to operations and tooling.
* You have experience with ticketing systems and analyzing data and are proficient in designing and implementing process workflows.
* You are familiar with tools and methods for creating and maintaining detailed documentation and have proven experience generating and reviewing client-facing reports.
* Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
* Robust problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical curiosity and an ability to assimilate complex technical concepts to better operational processes.
The base pay for this position ranges from £65,000 per year up to £75,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
