Freelance Tech Marketing Manager
The Tech Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in defining and executing the positioning, messaging, and market strategies for our company. Acting as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing, this role ensures our solutions effectively connect with developers, QA teams, and key decision-makers. It is ideal for someone with a passion for technical products who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft compelling product messaging that aligns with the needs of QA professionals, software engineers, and product managers.
* Develop value-driven messaging to distinguish our offerings from competitors.
* Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new product features and enhancements.
* Collaborate with product management to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap.
* Produce impactful content, including case studies, whitepapers, and competitive analyses to boost brand awareness and conversions.
* Work alongside creative teams to develop engaging video content, tutorials, and product guides.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
* Collect and interpret customer feedback to refine messaging and strategy.
* Track and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
* Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and product usage data to monitor adoption and engagement.
* Develop sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, FAQs, and battle cards to support sales efforts.
* Equip customer-facing teams with key product insights, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of five years of experience in B2B product marketing within SaaS or technical industries.
* Background in marketing developer-centric products (e.g., APIs, integrations).
* Demonstrated ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
* Strong research capabilities to understand customer interests and translate them into compelling marketing narratives.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from data and optimize strategies accordingly.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
* Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
