We are seeking to expand our team of seasoned ERP Consultant/Business Analysts, specifically focusing on candidates with strong business acumen in the Projects, HCM, or Finance domains. The ideal candidate boasts a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise, is proficient in English to facilitate seamless communication, is willing to travel, and has a proven track record of excelling in a consultant role. HOIST is where your journey transforms into impact Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements. Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify solutions and improvements. Create and maintain detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories, and use cases. Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and current systems. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and timely issue resolution. Participate in design and architecture discussions, offering insights to ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Perform quality assurance testing to validate that the software meets specified requirements and functions as intended. Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities. Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the software development lifecycle. Analyze user feedback and system performance data to recommend continuous improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the software solutions align with current standards. Act as a subject matter expert for business processes, systems, and software functionality. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new software features. MUST Have: Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Experience working as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects, within the Projects, HCM or Finance modules. Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting ERP systems Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and configuration Proficiency in ERP reporting tools and analytics Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage client expectations and adapt to changing business requirements. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Residing and legally eligible to work in either the UK, Belgium or Netherlands.
