About the Job
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and strategic support. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and driving commercial decision-making.
Duties will include:
1. Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for specific business areas, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
2. Producing monthly reports with variance analysis to aid decision-making.
3. Acting as a trusted advisor to budget holders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
5. Developing innovative solutions to complex financial challenges and supporting change initiatives.
6. Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and management reporting.
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience as a Finance Business Partner. A strong background in management accounting, financial reporting, and performance analysis is essential. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and drive business performance. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus) and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
