Job Title: IT Support - Junior
Seeking an IT enthusiast, who is looking for to start a career in the IT Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (PC / Printer), software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Aptitude for IT
- Strong desire to learn computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
