Partner – Commercial Property
Location: Oxford
Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 (DOE) (full equity available, breakdown to be given)
A Boutique Commercial Property law firm in Oxford, working exclusively with National and International Clients, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join as a Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer to take on a leadership role, working within a non bureaucratic firm, with a flat organisation structure, free from red tape and managerial interference.

The Role:
* Managing a broad and complex commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and secured lending.
* Acting for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.
* Advising on property finance, land agreements, planning issues, and large-scale transactions.
* Driving business development, networking, and client relationship management to grow the firm’s commercial property offering.
About You:
* A qualified Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
* Strong experience handling high-value, complex transactions independently.
* A proven track record in leadership, and business development.
* Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.
