With a strong portfolio of successful projects and a growing pipeline, they are looking for a meticulous and driven Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical estimates for commercial, education, and other project sectors. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify materials, labor, and resource requirements. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure accurate pricing. Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns and submit detailed tender proposals. Assist in value engineering solutions to provide competitive pricing while maintaining quality. Support project handovers by providing key insights and knowledge on awarded contracts. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction or M&E sector. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and plumbing installations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
