Responsibilities:
* Supervise students in the absence of a teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Follow the school's policies and procedures
* Assist with the implementation of lesson plans
* Provide support to students in their learning
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young people
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable Qualifications:
* A relevant educational background
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Understanding of classroom management techniques
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Basic knowledge of the national curriculum
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
