About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis. This role is contracted to 16.25 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery;
* Maintaining accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and labor costs;
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner;
* Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives;
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £14-18 per hour (dependent on experience), estimated annual salary: £20,000 - £27,000.
