Pay: £14.50 – £18.99 per hour
Completely Care is a trusted provider of compassionate care services across Oxfordshire. We are currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. This unique role is ideal for individuals with a calm and respectful manner, who are passionate about providing consistent, high-quality care.Please note this is a female only service.
Role Overview:
As a Care Assistant in this serene and spiritual setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of the residents You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily routines and medications, support mealtimes, and help facilitate gentle activities that enrich their day-to-day life.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing respectful and attentive personal care, tailored to individual needs
Assisting with medication, meal preparation, and eating support
Encouraging and enabling participation in daily activities and gentle companionship
Supporting mobility and physical comfort with a caring, gentle approach
Helping maintain a tidy, welcoming environment with light domestic tasks
Fostering consistency and familiarity in routines to promote comfort and stability
Demonstrating a calm and peaceful presence.
About You:
Experience in care, particularly in personal support and companionship, is preferred
A kind, patient, and composed demeanor is essential
Strong communication and teamworking skills
Good availability and reliability to maintain consistent care for residents
