If so, we would love to hear from you We are seeking for a Process Specialist to join our LEAN team to support offshore service globally. As a key member in our LEAN team, you will be responsible for overseeing the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Offshore Service Operations processes. This role involves managing initiatives to document and streamline processes, developing training programs, driving change management effort, and fostering a LEAN culture. You will be needed to establish strong collaboration with stakeholders through positive attitude, cross-functional collaboration, and a high level of communication. The successful applicant will ideally be based in one of our operational countries and can expect approximately 20% travel in their role to support the delivery and optimization of our offshore wind service projects. In return we offer you an exciting opportunity in the international and fast-growing business that is Offshore Wind and to be part of a highly engaged and effective team that is playing a major part in driving the standardization, optimization, and delivery of the Global offshore wind agenda, reporting directly to the LEAN Program Manager Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to: Lead efforts to document, standardize, and optimize key OF SV Operations process in collaboration with the LEAN team and stakeholders Act as expert in process modelling methodology and key-user of the defined process system Gather and analyses information from a variety of sources to create business process models Translate inputs from subject matter experts and stakeholder into process flows and documentation Facilitate Process Workshops, support process adherence assessments and manage continuous improvement activities Ensures cross-functional alignment and collaboration to achieve process excellence Support new digital tool roll out across the operational Site teams from our Global Digital Applications & Operational Tool team Good understanding of process optimization, six sigma and lean operations Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs for standardize process Ensure teams members are effectively unskilled and equipped to adopt new workflows and best practice Lead Workshops and training sessions to build organizational process knowledge Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new standardized process Track and measure the impact of change initiatives, reporting progress to stakeholders and Promote a mindset of lean and continuous improvement What you need to make a difference As well as passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for: A degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferable Relevant years of work experience as a Project/Process manager Experience in process mapping, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive continues improvement concepts and problem-solving processes SAP expertise would be a plus Experience in wind farm operation or construction is preferable Experience working with different stakeholders Experience leading Change Management activities Leadership skills and the ability to define roles and responsibilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, team management and highly proactive.
