Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the day-to-day running of facilities, H&S, security, and sustainability at their UK HQ. Key Responsibilities: Organise repairs, maintenance, and monitor office security. Support Health & Safety tasks (DSE assessments, risk audits). Process purchase orders and manage budgets through SAP. Liaise with contractors and facilities suppliers. Support carbon reduction projects and Net Zero commitments. Maintain facilities systems (Visio, BMS, Avigilon). Assist in property management and tenancy matters for expats. Help manage outsourced teams (catering, cleaning, security). What you’ll bring: Strong facilities experience and organisational skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP and understanding of BMS systems (preferred). IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable but not essential).
