3t is currently looking to recruit an Approvals Manager on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen or Newcastle, UK.

The Role
Responsible for leading and supporting the new course development and new course approvals process for all 3t Sites and Locations up to approval stage. Once initial approvals in place to handover to local compliance representatives for ongoing day to day management of awarding body requirements and annual audit responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the new course approvals process across all 3t sites and locations
* Review current approvals worldwide to identify and implement any potential efficiencies
* Collaborate with VP / local GM’s to clarify current and future approval requirements
* Ensure 3t sites and locations are audit ready ahead of implementation of new products
* Provide guidance and training to the local sites on awarding body expectations, audit requirements and in particular the implementation of local management system requirements
* Support with the update, development and maintenance of course materials ahead of audits
* Support with the update, development and maintenance of supporting processes and procedures
* Manage all local approvals right through from planning to initial audit to approval
* Drive continuous improvement across the business
