Support Worker NIGHTS

Salary: up to £13.50 per hour
We are looking for Night Workers on a rolling rota, working every other weekend. Night shifts are from 2200 until 0800. We are also looking for people who would like to work weekends (both lates and earlies) along with late shifts during the week starting at 1500 - 2200.

Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people in regaining lost skills. Responsibilities
* Provide boundaried, dignified support while maintaining confidentiality.
* Demonstrate genuine empathy for residents, with positivity, patience, and resilience during challenging rehabilitation times.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality care.
* Exhibit excellent face-to-face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
* Manage time effectively and prioritize your workload.
* Have experience in moving and handling, including the use of hoists.
* Deliver quality care to individuals.
* Understand the importance of person-centered night checks, security, and basic night care support such as repositioning.
