You will manage customer interactions and ensure smooth operational processes, with the potential for permanent employment and excellent benefits. This is working in a busy and fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Manage the Home Delivery inboxes, answer calls, resolve queries, and handle complaints. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Warehouse, Finance, Commercial, and Customer Support teams to provide a high level of service. Order Management: Address order, pricing, and invoice queries while ensuring VAT prescription process compliance. CRM Management: Maintain and update patient records and onboard new customers. Administrative Support: Assist with reporting, KPI preparation, and provide admin support across departments. Quality Assurance: Monitor and analyse monthly KPIs and SLAs, recommending process improvements. Training & Leadership: Provide coaching for colleagues and deputize for the Team Leader when needed. Profile: Essential: Strong communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to change. Proven experience in customer service and managing workloads. Desirable: Experience in CRM systems, familiarity with the healthcare sector, and a process-driven background.
