Contract: Fixed-term until 31/08/25 - part-time: 34.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Grade/Salary: Grade 3, SP 4-6 (FTE: £24,404 - £25,183 / Actual: £19,026 - £19,634 per annum)
Start date: March/April 2025
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated KS3 LSA to join our team and support students across all areas of need. You will work closely with students who require additional support, to ensure that they thrive academically and emotionally within a safe a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people, enjoy the secondary school environment and be able to work flexibly on a day to day basis. You will work across a broad range of subjects, but should be happy to be supporting in core subjects including English, Maths and Science. Experience is not necessarily required.
