In the role, you will be working alongside a dedicated and talented Operations team and be responsible for ensuring that customers and suppliers feel supported throughout the whole leasing journey.
As a Customer Support Advisor, your resilience and customer-focused approach will allow you to effectively manage objections, ask the right questions, and liaise with internal teams to provide first-time resolution and deliver great customer outcomes.
You'll be looking at an abundance of information as well as working across multiple different systems, so it is crucial that you have excellent attention to detail while managing live order updates, data entry, invoice queries and booking spreadsheets.
You will communicate with teams across Vanarama to proactively share information, highlight issues and solve problems. This is a highly varied role and you'll be a key member of the wider Operations team, with the opportunity to grow knowledge and develop your career further.
What we're looking for
You will be a great relationship builder and communicator and will collaborate with people internally as well as external customers to resolve issues through different channels (managing high volume inbound & outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages).
• Experience working in a customer focused or operational role.
• You will be working in a busy, fast-paced commercial environment so the ability to manage difficult conversations, work under pressure and reach deadlines is essential.
• You will have a logical and analytical approach that allows you to maintain detailed records to ensure customer history is accurate and up to date.
• You are comfortable multitasking and managing conflicting priorities.
• You are naturally curious, feel comfortable asking questions and are excited for the opportunity to cross train in different roles within the operations team.
• Experience with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook are highly desirable.
