You'll dive into complex, international client challenges, helping the team turn data into creative insights. The team works as a collaborative unit, sharing tasks across our offices in Macclesfield, London and New York. We are seeking someone comfortable with team working both in person and online. Key aspects: Analyse data from various sources, including AI platforms Contribute fresh perspectives to our strategic process Learn and apply industry-specific research tools Thrive in an ever-changing, fast paced environment Ideal candidate: Sharp analytical skills and a deep curiosity of the world Creative approach to data interpretation Adaptable to new technologies and methodologies Excited by unconventional problems An interest in culture of business is a must, but practical experience in advertising or B2B isn't - we'll provide mentoring and training. However, familiarity with any insight tools and platforms such as; Mintel, Kantar, Canvas8, Quid Discovery, Meltwater, or SEMrush is a real plus. Typical tasks we would ask of you. (In no particular order) Desk research into brands and industries, with an emphasis on using AI tools such as Perplexity.ai and ChatGPT cross checked with secondary sources. Then producing concise summaries of findings Analysis of industry reports and data. Producing concise summaries and hypothesis based on your findings First person interviews with business stakeholders. Then analysis of interview content using AI tools such as Otter.ai or Claude.ai Deep dives into customer behaviours using tools like Meltwater.com or Quid.com (– with training given on these tools) analysis and presentation of findings This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical prowess in the dynamic world of advertising, with potential for significant career growth.
