Position: Flexible Learning Support Assistant (Day-to-Day Supply)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support to students with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities.
* Assist teachers in creating and maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
* Adapt to different school settings and student needs, offering tailored support as required.
* Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to build confidence and achieve their potential.
* Manage challenging behaviour with patience and professionalism.
* Support students with personal care, mobility, and other daily activities as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school environments.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications in special education or a related field are advantageous.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
