An exciting opportunity has arisen in Corporate Property for an enthusiastic and committed Project Manager to join the Capital Delivery Team. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of our £3m+ Planned Maintenance programme for our schools and corporate estate, every year.
You will deliver a varied programme of work that includes projects ranging from roof & boiler replacements, resurfacing and fire alarm replacements and more (including general minor works).
You will need to:
1. Work with our facilities management colleagues and professional services provider to design and procure the programme.
2. Work with your stakeholders and the supply chain to ensure that the programme is delivered effectively.
3. Rapidly identify and escalate risks and issues as they emerge, combined with a thoughtful and proactive approach to being solution focussed.
4. Have the right attitude; be willing to invest in relationships, take pride in your work and be customer focussed.
