Job Description Carnival UK is in search of a Revenue Development Manager, a role which is crucial in supporting the delivery of strategic commercial initiatives within the P&O Cruises brand and is part of a high-performing team. This position is exciting because it places you at the heart of the commercial operation through identifying and developing new revenue opportunities and playing a lead role in coordinating both projects and programmes from concept through to implementation. With clear-cut roles and responsibilities, you will have the autonomy to meet, collaborate and influence various stakeholders at all levels across the P&O Cruises brand, the wider Carnival UK business, as well as global Carnival brands, including Systems, Technology, Marketing, and Sales. This role offers broad exposure to complex challenges, allowing you to drive significant impact. Role Overview You will: - Support the business in initiating change in a planned and manageable way, developing appropriate strategies to maximise revenue and improve guest experience - Collaborate cross functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive projects and programmes forward and understand the requirements for all markets, identifying and building working groups of project SMEs - Ensure stakeholder commitment and ownership of activities, and engagement with the critical path, decision gates and key milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time - Collaborate and engage with senior leaders across Revenue Management, Commercial Planning, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Brand to capture the holistic view of all commercial initiatives and activities encompassing all functions strategies and key priorities - Be the hands-on operational support for all initiatives and projects, from collating, prioritising and defining workstream commercial requirements and objectives, stakeholder engagement, to monitoring and reporting KPI's and presenting project updates to the Senior Leadership teams Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
