Day Centre Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Flexible Shift Options – Full-time & Part-time Roles Available. The hours are usually 9-15:30!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support individuals with their daily routines, ensuring a positive, respectful environment.
2. Assist with meals, medication, and personal care needs.
3. Encourage and accompany individuals on outings or activities to promote social engagement and independence.
4. Collaborate with a committed team to deliver high-quality care and improve the well-being of those you support.

What We’re Looking For:

3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
4. Previous experience in healthcare or social care is preferred but not essential.
